(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 29, the leaders of Ky Son district gave a bonus of 5 million VND to officers and soldiers of the Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station.
Previously, at 6:30 a.m. on June 28, in Khanh Thanh village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, the working group of Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard in coordination with the Northern Special Task Force under the Department of Drug and Crime Prevention (Border Guard Command) discovered and caught Vu Ba Xenh, born in 1979, residing in Huoi Giang 2 village, Tay Son commune, Ky Son district, illegally transporting 20 heroin cakes, 7 kg of synthetic drugs, 12,000 synthetic drug pills, 1 gun, 15 bullets, and 1 mobile phone.
Vu Ba Xenh was a teacher at Tay Son Primary School, Ky Son District when he was arrested.

This is one of the major cases that the Border Guard force cracked down on during the peak month of drug prevention and control in 2018. This is also the case where when cracking down, the functional forces were fought back by the subjects using hot weapons, injuring 2 border scouts.
