(Baonghean.vn) - The project to renovate Quang Trung Area B (Vinh city) has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for Vingroup to invest in and is expected to start construction in early 2019.
This is one of the key projects being implemented in Nghe An. At the meeting to urge key projects on the afternoon of June 28, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Vinh city to set up a schedule for site clearance and resettlement in this area by the end of 2018.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned Vinh City to coordinate with the investor to plan the relocation and temporary accommodation for 428 migrant households (nearly 5,000 people) in Quang Trung B area to reserve land for the investor to construct resettlement projects.
It is expected that the resettlement area will start construction and complete in early 2019, striving to complete the entire project in 2020.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned Vinh city to prepare a plan and organize a meeting with local authorities in July 2018 to propagate and mobilize households about the project's compensation policy and temporary residence during the construction period.
The renovation project of Area B of Quang Trung Apartment Complex is a mixed-use urban functional area built to create a land fund for commercial transactions - work - housing with synchronous and modern social and technical infrastructure as well as the ability to meet the needs of investment development and expansion of the scope of influence in the future.
