Total force to control forest fire in Nam Dan
(Baonghean.vn) - At 1:30 p.m. yesterday, July 1, after receiving a report of a forest fire in Hamlet 6, Khanh Son Commune, Nam Dan District, Battalion 13 - Brigade TT 80 quickly dispatched forces to effectively fight the forest fire.
The Brigade sent 50 comrades carrying mobile fire fighting equipment to the fire site, coordinating with Brigade 414, Forest Rangers, Nam Dan District Youth Union and people of Hamlet 6, Khanh Son Commune to urgently put out the fire.

Due to the dense pine forest with flammable undergrowth, the fire continuously broke out and spread. After more than 4 hours of "racing" with the fire under the blazing sun, with a high sense of responsibility, by 5:20 p.m. the same day, the fire on an area of about 1.5 hectares was completely controlled, ensuring absolute safety for people and vehicles.
