Underage driving, causing an accident and then running away
(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Hoang Cong Duc - Deputy Chief of Nghia Loc Commune Police (Nghia Dan) said that a traffic accident had just occurred in the area, causing a girl to be hospitalized for emergency treatment.
According to Mr. Duc, at about 5:45 p.m. on July 6, an accident occurred in the area, causing Nguyen Tuong Vy (born 2011), a resident of Son Hai hamlet, to break her leg while herding goats on the side of the road.

After receiving the report, Nghia Loc commune police arrived to protect the scene and collect information. Through extracting cameras from surrounding houses, the police identified the motorbike that caused the accident with license plate 37 G1-698.92, driven by Tran Thi Tu Oanh (born 2006), residing in Khe Sai hamlet.
Before causing the accident, Oanh was driving with two children from Tan Ky to Dong Hieu. When she reached Km 666 of the Ho Chi Minh trail in Nghia Loc commune, she collided with Nguyen Tuong Vy, who was herding goats on the side of the road. After causing the accident, Oanh drove the car with the two children away from the scene.
Currently, the authorities are coordinating to resolve the incident.
