Weather on July 15: Low pressure area develops dangerously, Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh heavy rain
Observations on satellite cloud images, lightning location data and radar images show that convective clouds are developing strongly in the areas of Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang and Quang Ninh provinces.
