How to solve problems when adjusting your application

From July 19 to July 26, candidates will adjust their admission application online. Candidates may have questions during the adjustment process. Below are some hypothetical situations, causes, and solutions:

The function of adjusting the DKXT wishes does not work properly on some browsers such as Coc Coc. It is recommended to use Firefox or Chrome browser to adjust the DKXT wishes.

Candidates do not know how to log in to the system

Candidates visit the page:

Then enter the provided account information (ID card, login code) to log into the system.

Candidates have not received login code

Method 1: Candidates check their email (email filled in the hard copy application), the system will automatically send account information including (ID card, login code) to the email after the Application Reception Point enters the candidate's registration form.

Method 2: Candidates contact the University to get account information.

Candidates log in to the system and receive an incorrect confirmation code.

Candidates must enter the correct confirmation code, case sensitive.

Candidates log in to the system and receive the message "You entered the wrong ID number or login code"

Candidates should carefully check their account information (ID card, login code). If it is still incorrect, they should immediately contact the University of Technology to request a new login code.

Candidates forgot login code

Method 1: Candidates click on the "Forgot login code" link on the Login screen then follow the steps to get the login code.

Method 2: In case the candidate does not have or does not remember or has an incorrect email, the candidate needs to contact the University to request a new login code.

Candidates want to change email and phone number but cannot.

The change of email and phone number by candidates depends on the time specified by the Ministry. If it is beyond the allowed time, candidates must contact the University to update their email and phone number.

Candidates search for schools and majors to register but cannot find them.

These schools are not in the system database => candidates should re-learn the admission methods of these schools.

Candidates have applied to the school but were not considered for admission.

Reason: In 2017, before candidates submitted their online application, this function was tested. After the testing period, previous registration data will be deleted. However, many candidates thought that their NV would not be deleted, so they did not re-register, resulting in not being considered for admission.

Candidates compose messages according to the correct TSO syntaxsent to switchboard successfully but no return message received

Candidates contact hotline 1800 8000 extension 2 for support.

Candidates compose messages according to the syntax TSOsent to the operator but could not be sent (message has exclamation mark or error message)

This case is because the candidate's phone number is registered for a service package that blocks sending messages to the network operator's value-added switchboard.
