According to information updated at 3:30 p.m. from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the past 3 hours in Nghe An, there have beenmoderate rain, heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain like Coc Na 45mm, Con Cuong 30mm, Quy Hop 20mm. Forecast in the next 3-6 hours, there will continue to be moderate rain, heavy rain.
