X-ray machine detected 52 heroin cakes, 25 kg of crystal meth hidden in car

The Cau Treo International Border Guard Station (Ha Tinh Border Guard) said that on the morning of July 17, while on duty at the entry channel at Cau Treo International Border Gate (Huong Son District), the interdisciplinary force discovered a 7-seat car with a Lao license plate that had suspicious signs, so they scanned and checked it.

After checking and finding drugs, the authorities immediately sealed the car and restrained the three people inside. 52 heroin cakes and 25 kg of crystal meth were confiscated.
Three suspects said the drugs were purchased from Laos and transported to Vietnam to supply to contacts.
