Proposal for weak bank bosses to be awarded only half a month's salary
When completing the targets, leaders of weak banks will be rewarded with a maximum of 0.5 month's salary, according to the proposal of the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Finance is drafting a Decree on some specific contents on financial regime for weak credit institutions in the process of restructuring and handling bad debts. These arecredit institutions are specially controlled according to the provisions of law.
Draft proposal for cThe maximum reward for management staff and employees at these organizations is 0.5 months of the actual average salary in the year, provided that the unit completes the targets, restructuring tasks and operational efficiency of the year assigned or approved by the State Bank. Weak credit institutions must develop and publicly announce reward regulations.
In addition, regarding expenses, other expenses of weak credit institutions are implemented according to regulations on financial regime for credit institutions and foreign bank branches.
