Man Utd have signed one of the best players in the world
Shakhtar Donetsk coach Paulo Fonseca is quite optimistic about Fred's potential at his new club.
Shakhtar's Portuguese coach gave an interview to Record newspaper yesterday, and was asked about the club's biggest signing in history. Speaking about the impact Fred could have in the Premier League, Paulo Fonseca said:
"Fred will be like that, just for a little while,He is one of the best players in the world in his position.. He is a rare type of player."

The tactician was also asked whether he had spoken to his Manchester United compatriot Jose Mourinho before the deal was finalised, to which he replied emphatically:"No, I don't talk to him."
Fred was signed by the Ukrainian champions for just €15m from Internacional in 2013. During his four years at the club, the Brazilian made 155 appearances, winning three league titles during that time.
The midfielder signed a five-year contract with Manchester United just before joining the Brazilian national team in the 2018 World Cup finals, 59 million euros is the amount the Red Devils had to pay to their partners to own this star.
Fred is currently on holiday after the World Cup in Russia, but he will definitely be available for Man Utd next week after not losing too much fitness as he did not play a single minute at the World Cup.
