According to statistics, as of 2:00 p.m. on July 23, the entire Ky Son district had 84 houses flooded, buried by rocks and soil, and had their roofs blown off. Landslides collapsed the wooden boards of Chieu Luu Kindergarten; heavy rain swept away a 5-room teacher's house at Muong Ai Primary School. The entire district had 9 houses that had to be urgently evacuated. In addition, floods also swept away 127 small generators and 2 buffaloes of local people...

In the immediate future, Ky Son district will support 13 million VND and 30 kg of rice for the family whose house was swept away by the flood in Dinh Son 1 village, Huu Kiem commune, and at the same time mobilize local forces to help people overcome the consequences and promptly visit and encourage the affected families.
