Nghe An mountain people rebuild mini hydroelectric power plant after flood
(Baonghean.vn) - Because there is no national grid, ethnic minorities living in remote areas have created mini generators to generate energy for daily life. After storms and floods, the familiar work of most families using mini hydropower (hydroelectricity) in Nghe An is to repair and reinstall generators.
