Mountainous people in Nghe An rebuild mini hydroelectric power plant after flood
(Baonghean.vn) - Because there is no national grid, ethnic minorities living in remote areas have created mini generators to generate energy for their daily activities. After storms and floods, the familiar task of most families using mini hydropower (hydroelectricity) in Nghe An is to repair and reinstall generators.
