Nghe An Border Guard Command swears in new soldiers in 2018
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 25, at Battalion 19 (Con Cuong district), the Nghe An Border Guard Command held a new soldiers' oath-taking ceremony for 149 new soldiers enlisted in 2018.

Complying with the orders and combat training plan for 2018 of the Provincial Border Guard Command, after 4 and a half months of training, officers and soldiers of Battalion 19 have overcome difficulties and determined to successfully complete the task of training new soldiers.
Thanks to the good preparation of the program, lesson plans, teaching model as well as the training ground, through the inspection of 12 training contents, the unit achieved the title of excellent training unit, ensuring absolute safety of people, weapons, and technical equipment throughout the training process. New soldiers are also equipped with some necessary knowledge about politics, profession, law, border defense... to ensure meeting the requirements of the mission in the new situation.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Border Guard Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the training course. Immediately after the ceremony, the new soldiers were assigned to border units on the two border lines, contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the border and sea areas.
