The Department of Health of Hoa Binh province revoked Dr. Luong’s medical practice certificate last week. The leader of Hoa Binh General Hospital said that since the incident, Dr. Luong has continued to provide medical examinations and treatment at the hospital. This is the first time Dr. Luong has had his medical license revoked.
