On July 24, the Drug Crime Prevention Team arrested 12 subjects at a location where illegal drug use was organized, including: Trinh Viet Bac (born in 1994), residing in Ha Huy Tap ward; Nguyen Manh Toan (born in 1996), residing in Vinh Tan ward; Duong Van Giap (born in 1995), residing in Hung Hoa commune; Le Duy Cuong (born in 1987), residing in Hung Loc commune; Pham Ngoc Hong (born in 1990), Nguyen Van Tuan (born in 1980), all residing in Nghi Phu commune; Vuong Thanh Hai (born in 1994), Pham Van Anh (born in 1998), Vo Van Nam (born in 1998), all residing in Nghi Thai commune, Nghi Loc district; Truong Huy Manh (born in 1998), residing in Nghi Phong, Nghi Loc district, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tram (born in 1999), Le Quang Dat (born in 1993), residing in Ha Tinh province.

Evidence seized at the scene included: 2 ecstasy pills weighing 0.43 grams, 2 sets of tools for using crystal meth, 2 high-power speakers, and 1 car.
Currently, Vinh City Police are temporarily detaining Nguyen Manh Toan for further investigation and preparing a file to send 5 subjects Tram, Hai, Anh, Nam and Dat to compulsory drug rehabilitation.
