(Baonghean.vn) - At midnight, Duc broke into Ms. Hoa's house in the neighboring commune, stole a motorbike and a cell phone, and then sold them.

On the afternoon of July 26, the People's Court of Nghia Dan district opened a trial and sentenced Le Van Duc (born in 1994, residing in Binh Hanh hamlet, Nghia Binh commune, Nghia Dan district) to 9 months in prison for the crime of theft of property.

According to the indictment, at about 3:00 a.m. on April 7, 2018, Le Van Duc walked into the house of Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Hoa (residing in Dong Nap hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan district) with the intention of stealing property.

Here, Duc stole a cell phone, a motorbike with license plate 37G1 - 683.48, a motorbike registration and an ID card in the name of Pham Thi Quynh Hoa. The authorities assessed the total value of the motorbike and cell phone mentioned above at 32.3 million VND.

At the trial, Le Van Duc confessed his crime.
