Treatment for drunkenness only helps to relieve acute symptoms, treatment must last for 2-3 days to be temporarily assured. If drunkenness continues, the condition will be more serious and treatment will be more difficult.

Only drink 25-30ml of wine at a time with meals. Beer 1 glass per meal, 2 glasses per day (or 1 can per time, 1 450ml bottle divided for 2 people) to avoid getting drunk.

The level of drunkenness depends on many factors.

People who get drunk easily:Women, underweight children, sick, hungry, first time drinkers, rare drinkers, incompatible, low alcohol oxidation coefficient.

How to drink:Alcohol mixed with soft drinks, carbonated water (absorbed faster), strong alcohol (high alcohol content), fake alcohol (contains toxic chemicals), drinking a lot, drinking straight...

Preventing drunkenness

Before drinking alcohol:Eat soup. If soup is not available, sip a few large spoonfuls of broth (made from animals) or vegetable soup (from the tray provided) to coat the digestive lining with fat, limiting alcohol absorption.

While drinking, pay attention to eating salads, bitter melon marinated in ice, boiled, stir-fried, cooked with bean sprouts, lotus root, jicama, radish, water chestnut, cucumber with salt...; boiled meat with star fruit, sour banana, shrimp paste with lemon...; loach hotpot, clams, mussels, boiled and grilled with lemon. Dishes rich in animal protein reduce alcohol absorption and at the same time neutralize alcohol. Rice with soup (dilutes alcohol) are all ready-made dishes that are convenient and beneficial for sobering up in time.

After eating, take a break to drink hot tea or coffee:Eat fruits with high water content (oranges, tangerines, watermelon, grapes, pears, star fruit) or jams.

Taboo:Eat persimmons (makes you drunker). Do not go out in the wind or cold rain.

Some people say: if you want to not get drunk, you have to let your “speech out” (talk) a lot so that the alcohol evaporates from your respiratory tract. That is partly true. But you have to let the “person talk”, don’t let the “beer and wine talk” too much, or you will lose control and have unpredictable consequences.

Cure motion sickness:When feeling dizzy, nauseous, or unsteady on your feet, you should:

Find a quiet, sheltered place to lie down and rest. If you feel cold, rub your feet together, rub the soles of your feet against the tops of your feet yourself (or ask someone else to), put on socks, cover yourself with a blanket, especially on cold days when your body is losing heat, making it more susceptible to catching a cold or flu.

If nausea is a good self-defense reflex, find a way to induce vomiting such as scratching the throat, drinking boiled water from a cucumber stem, or steeping in boiling water in time. Vomiting will expel the poison quickly, but it is very tiring. Someone needs to help the drunk person vomit (get a basin, towel, mouthwash, and support them so they don't fall). After vomiting, rinse the mouth with warm water, massage the feet to warm them, lie down, cover with a blanket, and continue to monitor. When awake, feed them hot green bean porridge or bean powder and ginger tea to drink. Clean up the vomit immediately.

hangover cureThere is also a method to induce diarrhea and detoxify, which can be applied even after vomiting: 15g of raw rehmannia root and 15g of raw gardenia fruit. Boil with 500ml of water.

Anti-motion sicknessAccording to folk experience: Drink dong leaf juice (crushed); drink water mixed with raw tapioca starch; decoction of orange peel, or tangerine, kumquat, lemon; steep tapioca flowers with tea to drink.

Or use the following remedies:

Lesson 1:Use 50g vinegar, 5 slices of fresh ginger, 25g brown sugar, boil and drink.

Lesson 2:100g of Cyperus rotundus, 100g of Cyperus rotundus (Cyperus rotundus), 20g of Cardamom, 12g of Licorice. Grind into small pieces, stir in boiling water with a little salt, and drink.

Tue Tinh's recipe: 10 apple snails, a handful of fermented beans, 5 onion cloves. Cook, drink hot, lie down and cover yourself with a blanket to sweat. Or gargle with salt.

Reluctantly drink urine (urine of healthy children under 7 years old, discard the first and last part).

Note:If you get drunk and don't immediately find a way to detoxify alcohol, but instead lie down and fall asleep, it can be dangerous because no one will know the bad developments and be able to handle them in time.

Once drunk, you need to immediately learn from your own “alcohol tolerance”. You should not force yourself to drink alcohol, nor should you be forced to drink. Each time you get drunk, vomiting (sometimes even green and yellow bile) is very harmful to your health. A drunk person entering a room is very dangerous. Sperm in an alcohol environment is also “wobbly” like drunk. A drunk person participating in traffic is also extremely dangerous because of slow reflexes.
