10-year-old Vietnamese girl crowned Little Miss Asia-Pacific 2018

Nguyen Ngoc Trang Anh, 1.56m tall, just turned 10 years old.

Although her height of 1.56m is not too outstanding compared to many other contestants, the Vietnamese representative has been highly praised by the Thai media for her outstanding talent and confident performances in the competitions. Many people who followed the competition even predicted that this 10-year-old model would be the owner of this year's crown.

The journey to conquer the crown of the 10-year-old girl was not easy. In the preliminary round, she had to overcome thousands of young contestants from 45 countries and territories to become one of the 104 best faces to enter the final round. In the final round, the contestant from Hai Phong had to take advantage of her face and talent, and accumulate the highest score in the previous rounds to be able to leave the remaining opponents far behind.

The new Little Miss Asia Pacific 2018 said she was very surprised when her name was called for the highest award. However, the one who burst into tears at that precious moment was not Trang Anh but her mother and teacher.

Although only 10 years old, Nguyen Ngoc Trang Anh's path to becoming a model has achieved certain achievements. Before becoming a "child beauty queen", she was a familiar face atVietnam Junior's Fashion Week 2018, Kids Model Vietnam Fashion Show 2018.Notably, on the evening of June 26, 2018, Trang Anh won the highest title at the Junior Miss Sea Star 2018 Ambassador contest before becoming Vietnam's representative to compete inLittle Miss Asia Pacific 2018.

Little Miss Asia Pacific is part of the Prince and Princess International pageant. First held in 2000, it has become a familiar competition for many generations of children in the Asia-Pacific region.
