Madonna stays young at 60 thanks to a healthy diet and regular exercise

Craig Smith - the trainer who followed Madonna throughout the Rebel Heart Tour said that the singer often practices dancing to stay in shape: "This sport helps train the body in a way that is not much different from gymnastics, it combines all the elements such as endurance, heart rate, strength, balance...". Craig also designed weight training exercises to maintain the singer's muscles and figure: "We use weights weighing about 1 - 2 kg and do 20 - 30 sets for each movement."
Besides the gym, Madonna is also a "crazy fan" of yoga. The pop star started practicing Ashtanga Yoga after giving birth to her daughter Lourdes Leon in 1996. This is one of the ancient schools of yoga, focusing on harmonizing breathing with movements to circulate blood and balance the body...
"Madonna has 5-6 workout sessions per week with at least 30 minutes each session. We change many subjects such as yoga, pilates, aerobics... to create excitement for training and challenge the body," Craig shared.

Craig revealed that Madonna usually has 6 meals a day with 3 main meals and 2-3 snacks about 2-4 hours apart: "Her daily menu always includes juice, protein bars, fresh fruit, green vegetables and quinoa. Dividing her meals into small meals helps boost metabolism and maintain energy for the whole day of activities."
