Building a model of "Self-prevention, self-management, self-protection, self-reconciliation, self-denunciation of crimes" Team on security and order to effectively promote the combined strength and mastery role of the team of cadres, civil servants, workers as well as the masses in the work of protecting political security, maintaining social order and safety at Kim Lien Relic Site; contributing to mobilizing all cadres, civil servants, workers to participate in solving complex and urgent problems arising right at the grassroots level.
