Voters recommend strengthening environmental protection in rural areas
(Baonghean.vn) - That is one of the contents that people of Vinh Son commune (Anh Son) proposed to the provincial People's Council delegates at the voter meeting.
On the morning of August 9, delegates of the Provincial People's Council, including Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Mr. Nguyen Van Do - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, had a meeting with voters in Vinh Son commune, Anh Son district. Also attending were representatives of leaders and departments of Anh Son district.

Before listening to comments and recommendations, the delegates announced the contents of the 6th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council to voters of Vinh Son commune.
At the conference, there were 8 comments and recommendations to the Provincial People's Council delegates. Voter Nguyen Dinh Hoa in Hamlet 7 reported that Provincial Road 534 is currently severely damaged, causing difficulties for people to travel, especially the section through Hamlet 3, Hamlet 4, Vinh Son Commune; he recommended that the State should have timely support policies for people affected by natural disasters. |

Voter Nguyen Dinh Vinh in village 6 hopes that the State needs to have a policy to support more funding for the new rural construction program and needs to build a roadmap for environmental protection in rural areas.
Voters of Vinh Son commune also had many opinions focusing on the following contents: Currently, after each flood, serious landslides have occurred along the Lam River bank in Vinh Son commune. It is recommended that superiors pay attention to building embankments to prevent landslides; pay attention to policies for youth volunteers and frontline workers; and pay attention to allowances for officials of the Elderly Association at the grassroots level. |

After listening to the opinions and recommendations of voters and representatives of the local government of Vinh Son commune, the leaders of the People's Committee of Anh Son district responded to the opinions and recommendations of the people within their authority.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Do - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment received the voters' recommendations and explained some contents within his authority; the delegation will synthesize other recommendations to transfer to relevant levels and sectors and submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration.
