Nghe An won 3 third prizes at the National Youth Informatics Contest
(Baonghean.vn) - Participating in this 24th contest, the Nghe An Province Student Delegation has 4 students from Le Mao Primary School (Vinh City), Ly Nhat Quang Secondary School (Do Luong) and Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.
From August 8 to 10, in Vung Tau City, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam Television, the Vietnam Association for Information Technology and the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province jointly organized the 24th National Youth Informatics Competition 2018.

257 contestants from 51 provinces and cities across the country competed in 4 groups: Group A (Skills competition for primary school students) with 55 contestants; Group B (Skills competition for secondary school students) with 55 contestants; Group C (Skills competition for high school students) with 104 contestants; Group D (Creative product competition) with 46 contestants.
As a result, Nghe An students won 3 third prizes. They were Nguyen Quang Thanh - Class 5H, Le Mao Primary School (Vinh City), Hoang Phan Huu Duc - Class 10A2, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, and Duong Van Minh - Class 11A2, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.
