Hundreds of bank officials compete in a talent contest in Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 11th, in Vinh City, BIDV Vietnam Bank organized the 2018 Service Competition for the Red River Delta and North Central regions.
Attending the competition were Mr. Nguyen Thien Hoang - Deputy General Director of BIDV, Mr. Phan Huy Hoang - Standing Vice Chairman of BIDV Trade Union, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Red River Delta and North Central Region Competition, leaders of BIDV branches in the region, and 20 competing teams from branches in the region.

The service competition was organized to help branch staff improve their awareness of the requirements, significance, and role of service development, in conjunction with the business development plan and the restructuring project for the period 2017-2020, with a vision to 2030.

Furthermore, it helps promote the movement of learning and updating knowledge and professional regulations related to banking services; launches a movement to create ideas for new products and services; identifies and honors staff with in-depth expertise in the core areas of banking operations to nurture and train them, creating an atmosphere of solidarity, love for the industry and profession, and a movement of emulation to strive to excellently complete assigned tasks.
The 2018 competition in the Red River Delta and North Central region included 20 teams selected from the grassroots-level competition and divided into 4 groups.
