Giving gifts to disadvantaged students in Que Phong
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 11 and 12, the Quang Tien Ward Youth Union (Thai Hoa town) organized a visit and gave gifts to people and students with difficult circumstances in Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district.

Here, the group organized fun activities for students and free haircuts for the elderly and children; organized the donation of 700 student notebooks, 500 textbooks, school supplies, pens, school bags, rulers and 2,000 sets of clothes... These gifts were called for and contributed by the Youth Union members of the ward with a total gift value of nearly 25 million VND.
In addition, the Delegation also coordinated with the Thong Thu Commune Delegation and the Border Guard Station Youth Union to clear, dig, and repair nearly 1.5km of road damaged by the recent storm No. 3.
This is a practical and meaningful activity in response to the School Support Program for the 2018-2019 school year.
