Emotional 16th meeting of Nghe An Association in Taiwan
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 12, in Taoyuan City - Taipei - Taiwan, the Nghe An Association held its 16th meeting with the participation of more than 100 members and representatives of the Associations of the provinces.
After the reorganization last year, the Nghe An Association in Taiwan has been growing steadily in both organizational scale and membership, becoming one of the largest provincial-level associations of Vietnamese people in Taiwan. Over the past time, the Association has organized many exciting, practical and meaningful community activities.

At this annual meeting, the Association welcomed more than 100 members who are children of Nghe An people from Taipei, Taichung and Tainan to attend, in addition to representatives of the Nghe An Association in the South, representatives of 16 associations of fellow countrymen from neighboring provinces, companies of the host country...
In a friendly and open atmosphere, at the meeting, fellow countrymen listened to the representative of the Liaison Committee report on the activities and achievements of the Association in recent times.
Particularly emphasizing the role of the Association in organizing meetings, exchanges, organizing sports activities, especially football tournaments, charity activities, donating to help fellow countrymen in distress and poor families in the homeland.

During the meeting, the Association agreed to organize a major charity program in the homeland in December.

The meeting ended with a lively and exciting culinary festival and cultural exchange. Many folk songs and songs about the homeland were sung in an emotional atmosphere, making the meeting even more cozy.
For over 7 years, the Nghe An Association in Taiwan has been a connecting center, a common home for thousands of Nghe An children studying and working on the "pearl island", promoting the tradition of solidarity, always helping each other in life, and looking towards their homeland.
