Mr. Hoang Duc An - Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hung Nguyen district said: Located in the mountainous area, Hung Yen Nam commune often faces difficulties due to lack of water for production. Most of the commune's production area depends on the water source of Thach Tien dam and Khe Lot dam, but because the works are degraded, many areas at the end of the source have no water, leading to delayed harvests or inability to produce. People here hope for early investment to upgrade to ensure production for the people.
