(Baonghean.vn) - Storm No. 4, internationally known as Bebinca, is approaching the mainland, causing heavy rain in Cua Lo town. On radio, the government continuously broadcast information on the storm's developments, and at the same time called on and warned people to find shelter early. However, many businesses still opened their doors carefree, indifferent to the approaching storm.
