Signs that you are aging prematurely even without wrinkles

Difficulty maintaining balance, poor eyesight, reduced ability to carry heavy objects, slow reactions... show that you are aging.

A person’s reaction time slows down as they age. Try this with a ruler about 40cm long. Have someone hold the ruler and then release it without warning, and try to catch it as quickly as possible. Repeat the test at least 3 times, marking each time and counting the final result.

People in their 20s and 30s should be able to grasp the ruler at 25 cm. People in their 40s and 50s should be able to grasp the ruler at 40 cm. If you can't grasp it, it means the aging process is accelerating in your body.

One of the most obvious signs of premature aging is the appearance of wounds and bruises on the body. If you are prone to injuries and bruises that take a long time to heal, you are likely aging very quickly. The human skin has an amazing ability to regenerate. When this process does not work properly, it means that the body is in trouble.

Losing the ability to carry heavy objects is also a sign of aging. If you find it difficult to carry a 20-liter water bottle from one place to another as before, it is a sign of the fact that you are aging. Muscle tissue loses mass with age and this affects your strength and endurance.

We know that eyesight gets worse with age. People over 40 begin to experience presbyopia, a loss of the ability to focus clearly on close objects. Some people even need to wear glasses to read.

Do you feel like your favorite jeans are too tight around the waist and thighs? There is reason to worry, as excess weight around the waist is a telltale sign of aging.

Physical imbalance is partly a sign of aging. Test it by standing on one leg. The average 30-year-old without any serious vestibular problems should be able to stand for 20 seconds or longer.

It's not just forehead wrinkles that reveal your age. Even if your forehead is completely flat, it can be the result of atrophy of fatty tissue. This causes the forehead to lose its shape while it may still be quite smooth and wrinkle-free.
