In recent times, the Youth Union at all levels has deployed to all levels of youth with many diverse forms, many solutions, and good practices to accompany and support young people in the process of establishing themselves and their careers, building economic development models in localities to promote the youth union movements "Pioneering socio-economic development" and "Accompanying young people in establishing themselves and their careers" launched by the 10th National Youth Union Congress.

Many models have been highly appreciated and commended by the Central Youth Union, Provincial Youth Union, and all levels and sectors and have been widely replicated and effectively promoted, creating a movement of emulation in labor, production, and legitimate enrichment among union members and youth.

Typically, 25 outstanding young people were honored, who are bright examples with excellent achievements in labor, production, and business, selected from many industries and professions. They all had quite difficult starting points in the early stages of their careers, however, with determination, the spirit of overcoming difficulties, creativity, along with the support, help, and companionship of the Youth Union and Association at all levels and sectors, the young people have confidence in their ability to become rich legitimately.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Xuan Tiep - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said that in the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will continue to pay more attention, accompany and support union members and young people in the process of establishing and starting businesses to get rich more legitimately.
