(Baonghean.vn) - Water flowing from upstream along the Lam River has caused flooding in Nam Dan district. The main road leading to Nam Thuong commune (Nam Dan district) is heavily flooded; the area is completely isolated.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, a boatman from Hamlet 4, Nam Thuong Commune, said: "Due to the high water level, people have had to travel by boat for the past two days.
