Ngoc's family is well-off. Since coming to Saigon, Ngoc has registered permanent residence at a house on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 1.

Due to her playful nature, Ngoc was involved in a teenage marriage that lasted only about a year. At that time, Ngoc became famous under the name Ngoc Miu or Miu Miu, a hot girl among the teenagers in Saigon.

Specifically, in the first half of 2014, Ngoc received widespread attention when she participated in music videos of singers Dan Truong and Cao Thai Son - famous names in the entertainment industry at that time. By June 2017, when Van Kinh Duong's huge drug ring was destroyed, Ngoc's role as the boss behind Duong appeared.

Ngoc's participation in the entertainment industry was confirmed by manager Hoang Tuan (formerly the manager of Dan Truong and Cao Thai Son). According to Mr. Tuan, Ngoc Miu's collaboration in singer MVs was a coincidence, because she participated in casting like normal people and he found her suitable so he chose her.

However, after a short time in the entertainment industry, Anh Ngoc suddenly "disappeared". In fact, during this period, Ngoc met, became a lover, and participated in managing the drug distribution stages of the drug lord Van Kinh Duong's network.

There is a detail unrelated to the case but told by detectives, during the period of dating the boss, Ngoc appeared on some electronic information websites with sexy, seductive photos. There is information that boss Van Kinh Duong spent money to do media for his lover, keeping the image of a hot girl to create a tight cover to help Duong run the drug ring.

What role does hot girl Ngoc Miu play in the huge drug ring?

According to the investigation, the period when Ngoc was having an affair with Duong was when Ngoc's first marriage broke down. At that time, Duong was on the run in a mysterious prison break in Thanh Hoa, leaving his wife behind in prison to flee to the South.

Duong met Ngoc in the entertainment industry. The party-loving hot girl quickly fell into the arms of Duong, a fugitive but with a fake name, a new cover as a tycoon who spends money like water. The two lived together as husband and wife and information confirmed that they had 1 child together.

Detectives said Ngoc was considered the last link in the chain to be discovered. Because Ngoc was provided with money by Duong, lived in high-end rented apartments, and spent all day enjoying himself, shopping, traveling, and having fun in luxury...

But the truth is, the batches of drugs that were produced right after they were made were brought back to rented apartments to be stored and waiting for distribution. The places where Ngoc lived were used mainly to hide the goods, waiting for delivery to level 1 dealers.

Although they were lovers, the boss Duong appeared and disappeared, rarely going to the places where Ngoc lived. At first, Ngoc rented a luxury apartment on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, District 7 to hide, living with Luu Huong Giang (born in 1988, from Hanoi). This female monster only needed to call Duong to inform how much goods she needed, then Ngoc delivered the goods to Giang as directed by the boss.

In the early stages, Giang's market was to deliver to secondary dealers in Saigon. In early 2017, Giang was discovered because she had cheated the boss and sold ecstasy at 2-3 times the price. Boss Duong asked this female monster to go to Hanoi to develop the market in the northern provinces. Hot girl Anh Ngoc was responsible for storing goods and delivering them to this contact.
