The terraced rice fields of Yen Bai are among the most impressive "Earth Photos".

The "Earth Photo" contest has now found 50 outstanding photos, including a picture of the terraced rice fields in Yen Bai.

From 1280 submitted photos, the jury selected 50 outstanding images to be exhibited throughout the United Kingdom. The criteria for the "Earth Photo" (UK) award is to showcase the diversity of the planet we live on.

Photographers from around the world have brought many impressive perspectives of the Earth, including a photograph by Vietnamese photographer Ly Hoang Long of the terraced rice fields of Yen Bai. This image has been selected among the top impressive photos announced by the competition's judges.

Currently, 50 photographs are on display at the headquarters of the Royal Geographical Society in London, England.
