On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2018), a large number of compatriots, soldiers nationwide, and foreign tourists visited the historic Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to express their respect and gratitude to the genius leader of our Party and People, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, the Hero of National Liberation, and an outstanding cultural figure. He devoted his whole life to the independence of the Fatherland and the freedom and happiness of the people.

Although the number of visitors is larger than usual, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board has proactively coordinated closely with the forces in the Ba Dinh Historical - Cultural Relic Complex and the functional agencies of Hanoi city, making good preparations, avoiding traffic jams; organizing a thoughtful and safe reception and service for compatriots and international visitors to visit the Mausoleum and visit the relics and cultural works in the area.

Especially on September 2, the Mausoleum Management Board served free drinks and bread to everyone visiting Uncle Ho.
