Tourism revenue on September 2nd holiday in Nghe An reached over 60 billion VND

(Baonghean.vn) - During this year's National Day holiday, the number of tourists visiting Nghe An reached nearly 75,000, of which overstayed guests reached more than 54,000; total tourism revenue reached more than 60 billion.

During the 3-day holiday, the weather was favorable for sightseeing and entertainment activities of the people. Many historical sites, scenic spots, and entertainment areas in the province were crowded with visitors and vacationers.

In particular, Kim Lien relic site is expected to welcome about 26,000 visitors to visit and learn about the life of President Ho Chi Minh. In addition, beaches such as Cua Lo, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau and Hoang Mai are still attractive destinations, attracting a large number of visitors from inside and outside the province. Cua Lo beach alone is expected to welcome about 30,000 visitors. On September 1-2, many motels and hotels in Cua Lo were "sold out" due to the sudden increase in the number of guests staying.

It is noteworthy that the work of ensuring security, order and safety at tourist areas and spots in the province is guaranteed, with no incidents causing disorder and affecting the safety of tourists.
