(Baonghean.vn) - Con Cuong District coordinated with Nghe An Property Auction Service Center to successfully auction 11 residential land lots in 3 land plots of the town, Bong Khe and Chi Khe communes.
To successfully auction and ensure compliance with legal regulations, Con Cuong district hired an independent auction organization, Nghe An Property Auction Service Center - a unit with a lot of experience in organizing auctions.
Previously, Con Cuong focused on building plans, selecting land for auction, and building land prices close to actual market prices.

After nearly 3 hours of public and transparent auction, 11 plots of land in 3 areas were successfully auctioned with the proceeds of over 4 billion VND, an increase of 35% compared to the starting price.
The successful organization of land use rights auction aims to meet the people's demand for residential land; at the same time, contribute to stabilizing land prices in the district, creating revenue for the State budget to invest in infrastructure construction and socio-economic development of the locality.
