Youth delegation from Xieng Khouang province (Laos) visited and worked in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 6, a working delegation of Xieng Khouang province's youth (Laos) led by comrade Bua Ngan Homsayyavong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union visited and worked with Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.
Welcoming the delegation were comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; comrades of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee.
At the meeting, comrade Bua Ngan Homsayyavong sent congratulations to the youth and people of Nghe An on the occasion of National Day September 2 and introduced some outstanding achievements of the Xieng Khouang provincial youth union in the past time and wished to cooperate and learn from the experiences of managing youth union activities of Nghe An.

Comrade Bua Ngan Homsayyavong affirmed that this visit and working session also aims to further strengthen the friendly relationship between the two agencies and the two provinces of Nghe An - Xieng Khouang.
The Secretary of the Xieng Khouang Provincial Youth Union affirmed that the achievements that the Xieng Khouang Provincial Youth Union has achieved in recent times are partly due to the cooperation and exchange of experiences between the two Provincial Youth Union agencies and the youth of Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces. To further develop the Youth Union's work, the Youth Union will continue to actively implement the contents signed between the two sides.
Expressing his joy at receiving the delegation, comrade Pham Tuan Vinh affirmed that the visit and work of the Xieng Khouang Youth Union demonstrated the sincere feelings between the youth of the two provinces, contributing to continuing the long-standing tradition of friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh also informed the delegation of the host country about current events, politics, and Party building activities of Nghe An province, including promoting the implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, reorganizing the apparatus, and improving the effectiveness of the entire political system.

The Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union affirmed that he will continue to pay attention, support and cooperate with the delegation of the neighboring country in youth union activities associated with many practical and meaningful programs and activities. He is ready to exchange and coordinate on youth union work so that the youth movement of both provinces will develop more and more, contributing to building the brotherly friendship between the two provinces and the two countries to be forever green and sustainable.

After working with Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, the Xieng Khouang Provincial Youth Union delegation had a meeting with Vinh University Youth Union to exchange and learn experiences in managing and organizing youth union activities in schools; expanding exchanges and cooperation between Xieng Khouang and Nghe An youth, including Vinh University, especially in youth union programs and volunteer youth activities.
