Since the beginning of the year, communes in Nam Dan have auctioned 241 land lots with a total amount of more than 75 billion VND.
Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh - Head of Nam Dan Tax Department said that through synthesis, many communes collected large amounts of money from land auctions such as: Nam Xuan 9.2 billion VND, Nam Loc 6.5 billion VND, Kim Lien 3.1 billion VND, Nam Nghia 6.6 billion VND, Nam Thai 5.2 billion VND, Khanh Son 7.2 billion VND...
With the mechanism for Nam Dan communes to enjoy 100% of land auction money, the coordination between the district and communes to plan auction areas is well implemented.

Nam Dan is also preparing to auction 34 plots of land in Nam Anh commune, 57 plots in Nam Giang and some other planning areas.Land price after auction increased compared to starting price about 10%.
