Luong Minh is one of the four poorest communes of Tuong Duong district, with a sparse population, difficult traffic, and a poverty and near-poverty rate of over 67%. Luong Minh Primary School was established in 2007. Currently, the school has 9 campuses, of which Minh Tien campus is about 15km from the commune center, with 5 classrooms and 64 students who are children of the Kho Mu ethnic group.

Previously, Minh Tien school was degraded and at risk of collapsing at any time, so the financial support from organizations, units, and businesses to build 4 classrooms will help teachers and students here stabilize their psychology to organize teaching and learning better.
