Miss Vietnam 2018 crown with 30 pearls
The crown consists of a large pearl in the middle, surrounded by 29 small pearls symbolizing 30 years of the contest.

At the press conference before the final round of Miss Vietnam 2018, the organizing committee announced the image of the prestigious crown for the beauty crowned with the highest position in the contest.
This year's crown is inspired by 30 years of beauty and fragrance, with the theme "The Light of Beauty and Intelligence". Accordingly, a large pearl is the centerpiece of the crown, symbolizing the shining sun, exuding the rays of beauty and intelligence of the new Miss. Surrounding it are 29 South Sea pearls, representing the gentle and graceful image of Vietnamese women.
In addition to the precious pearls, Long Beach Pearl is also studded with 3,260 sapphires in white and pink tones that blend and reflect together. The shine of the pearls and the sparkling light of the sapphires on the white gold frame will contribute to the charm of the beauty who owns the crown.

30 pearls represent 30 years of the contest honoring Vietnamese beauty. 3,260 sparkling sapphires represent the pride of Vietnam with more than 3,260 km of coastline stretching from North to South. "The beauty formed over time of pearls and the sparkling light of sapphires, is a harmonious symbol of beauty and intelligence," said a representative of Long Beach Pearl.
