Many sidewalks in Vinh City are 'out of ways' for pedestrians
(Baonghean.vn) - In order to implement the policy of restoring sidewalk discipline, Vinh City is making efforts with many solutions. However, on many streets of the city, sidewalk re-encroachment is still happening. Many streets and sidewalks are blocked by shops, making it difficult for pedestrians to find their way.

Meanwhile, Vinh City is implementing Plan No. 26/KH-UBND dated February 7, 2018 of Vinh City People's Committee on the 230th Anniversary of Phoenix Trung Do - Vinh and 10 years of Type I urban area. The work of restoring order and discipline on the sidewalks is also underway, however, many people are still re-encroaching to make a living, and the local authorities of some wards and communes have not really taken drastic measures.
