Nghe An revokes 139 slow-progressing projects
(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 8 months of 2018, Nghe An revoked 6 slow-progressing projects, and up to now, has revoked and terminated 139 slow-progressing projects in the province.

Besides, Nghe An is also very determined in inspecting and recovering slow-progressing projects.
This year, the Provincial People's Committee has issued decisions to establish an interdisciplinary team to continue inspecting slow-progressing projects (57 projects/plans have been inspected, 79 projects outside economic zones and industrial parks; 15 projects/plans, 17 projects in the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks have been inspected).
Accordingly, in the first 8 months of 2018, Nghe An revoked 6 slow-progressing projects, and up to now, has revoked and terminated 139 slow-progressing projects in the province.
As of September 5, 2018, the province has had 80 newly licensed projects (investment policies approved and investment registration certificates issued) with a total registered capital of VND 7,575.56 billion; 5 projects have been adjusted with an increased capital of VND 612.17 billion. The total newly licensed and increased capital is VND 8,188.73 billion.
Some major projects newly licensed since the beginning of 2018 include: Masan Beer and Beverage Factory Project in Area B - Nam Cam Industrial Park (1,661 billion VND); Biomass Fuel Vietnam Biomass Pellet Factory in VSIP Industrial Park (20 million USD); projects to renovate Areas A, B, C, D Quang Trung, Vinh City...
