We were informed by Mr. Nguyen Viet Quan, a resident of Thuy Khe village, Chi Khe commune, that there has just been a story of “good people doing good deeds” in the area that is worth following. Accordingly, Ms. Truong Thi Be, a banh muot seller in Thuy Khe village, has just returned a large sum of money to a woman who specializes in selling motorbike spare parts in the mountainous areas of Nghe An.
Meeting Ms. Truong Thi Be, we were told by her that on the morning of September 13, a couple came to the restaurant for breakfast. After they left, they left behind a handbag containing 500,000 VND bills, estimated at 200 million VND. There was also the identity card of a woman named Vu Thi Minh Phuong, born in 1980 in Dien Chau (Nghe An) along with a mobile phone.

Ms. Bé said that she did not count the money afterwards but put it in the family safe and waited for the person who lost it to come back to find it. At around 12 o'clock that same day, the couple came to Ms. Bé's shop and got their bag and money back. Through information, Ms. Bé's family learned that they specialized in selling motorbike tires in the area. In the forgotten bag was money from motorbike repair shops.
Contacting us by phone, a woman named Vu Thi Minh Phuong said that she had left her bag containing money at Ms. Be's banh muot shop in Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong). However, the woman did not reveal the amount of money she had left behind. "We thank Ms. Be's family," the woman said.
