Learning and effectively applying Japan's experience in human resource development
(Baonghean.vn) - This is the direction of comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee for delegates attending the online conference to share Japan's experiences in managing and developing the country.
On the morning of September 14, the Central Organizing Committee coordinated with the Embassy of Japan to organize a nationwide online conference to listen to a presentation on "Japan's human resource development policy during the Meiji Restoration, impact on Japan's development in the present era" with participants including representatives of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Central Committee.
The Hanoi bridgehead was chaired by comrades: Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Japanese Ambassador Umeda Kunio.
At the Nghe An bridge, there were comrades: Ho Phuc Hop - Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; comrades Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, Vinh City Party Committee's Organization Committee and districts: Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Nam Dan; Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Service Block, Party Committee of the Enterprise Block, Vinh University, Vinh Technical Education University.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that this is an activity within a series of support programs and experience exchange between Vietnam and Japan.
The presentation will help delegates learn and study knowledge about development, public management, public administration, and improve leadership and management capacity. The Japanese government has invited professors to Vietnam to present on many topics such as experience in administrative reform, streamlining the apparatus to work effectively and efficiently, and implementing public ethics...
The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee also suggested that the delegates attending, after acquiring knowledge and experience at the conference, need to contact their work positions to apply them to effective management and operation practices of units and localities, and at the same time advise on related policies for the Party and State.
Japanese Ambassador Umeda Kunio also said that 2018 is the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. The conference's thematic content was presented by Professor Shinichi Kitaoka - President of JICA, including the main contents of the Meiji Restoration period from its founding to the modernization steps, the process of Japan's nationalist revolution; the civil rights movement and the promulgation of the constitution; the issue of actively introducing freedom of education, selective advanced Western civilization and the spirit of building a new regime.
At the conference, many delegates sent Professor Shinichi Kitaoka many questions expressing their interest in issues such as more information about Japan's modern period of training cadres; staff treatment regime; Master's and professor training programs between Vietnam and Japan are increasing, so they hope for more specific and closer training cooperation.
