Russia and China show off firepower at Vostok-2018 exercise:The Russian military on September 11 began its largest military exercise in history, called Vostok-2018, with the participation of 300,000 soldiers, 36,000 vehicles, 1,000 aircraft, 80 warships, and thousands of Chinese and Mongolian soldiers, according to TASS. This is Russia's largest military exercise since 1991. North Korea parades without nuclear missiles:On the morning of September 9, a military parade marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of North Korea was held at Kim Il Sung Square in the capital city of Pyongyang.
