Nghe An eel soup is one of the specialties of three regions of Vietnam that will be introduced to 5-star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City to tourists, especially international guests.

This activity aims to promote the image of Vietnamese tourism to the world. This is the information just announced by the Journalists Association and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism.

The special thing is that these dishes are made from typical, authentic ingredients of the localities such as: Nghe An eel soup, Go Cong grilled meat vermicelli, Go Cong sticky rice cake, My Tho noodles, Dak Lak corn noodles...

In addition, visitors will also be explained about the locations, the origin of the dishes, the differences in the preparation methods and how to eat them properly. Along with introducing the specialties of the three regions to international visitors, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Department aims to make cuisine a typical tourism product./.
