Vinh Phuc is proud to be a province with a long tradition of patriotism and revolution, that tradition is highly promoted in production and combat.

Vinh Phuc province is also known for its typical victories such as Khoan Bo, Xuan Trach, and Nui Dinh, and the heroic martyr Nguyen Viet Xuan with his immortal command "Aim straight at the enemy and shoot".

Besides the advantages of location characteristics and historical and cultural foundation, the economic development of Vinh Phuc also faces many difficulties, which also causes many limitations in nutritional care for children.
