Chinese club forces former Premier League star to... sell matches
Striker Victor Anichebe has filed a complaint with FIFA accusing his Chinese club of forcing players to fix important matches.
Recently, striker Victor Anichebe - who used to play for Everton and West Brom in the Premier League - filed a lawsuit with FIFA against his own team - Beijing Enterprises for forcing players to sell matches.

According to Anichebe's confirmation, Beijing Enterprises ordered its players to fix matches twice, including one match against a cross-city rival.
In addition, when the Nigerian striker questioned this issue, he only received the answer from his teammates: "This is China! If the club says so, we players must follow."
At present, the 30-year-old player has been terminated by the Beijing Enterprises coaching staff after only 11 appearances. Until now, he is still a free agent.
