7 years of small industrial cluster used as a grazing ground for cattle

Mr. Lo Van The, Head of the Economic Infrastructure Department of Quy Chau district, said: The small-scale industrial cluster of Tan Lac town has a scale of 9 hectares and has been under construction since 2013. Due to difficulties in capital sources, up to now, the district has only been able to build a number of items such as fences, roads, drainage channels, etc. The rest are all unfinished.

The reason why no business has invested in production in the infrastructure of the small-scale industrial park is because the infrastructure has not been built synchronously. Besides, the policy to attract businesses has not been promoted. According to Mr. Lo Van The, to complete the infrastructure of this small-scale industrial park, nearly 20 billion VND is needed, while the district does not have capital.
The district is currently attracting a business to this handicraft area to produce unburnt bricks and mobilizing households to make incense, but with no results.
Nghe An: Many industrial park areas are still empty
