Giving support money and handing over gratitude houses to martyrs' relatives
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 10, units and localities organized to give money to support the construction and handover of Gratitude Houses to relatives of martyrs.
* Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrscoordinated with Yen Thanh district to present 50 million VND to support the construction of a House of Gratitude for Mr. Nguyen Duy Hanh, son of martyr Nguyen Duy Dien in Dang Luu hamlet, Nam Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district. This is the amount of money donated by Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited 1.

Martyr Nguyen Duy Dien was born in 1954 and died in 1969 during the resistance war against the US to save the country. His grave has not been found yet.
Mr. Hanh’s family is in a very difficult situation. The above support money will help Mr. Hanh’s family build a new, spacious house and have a place to worship the martyrs.

Mrs. Ngan Thi Vien is the wife of martyr Ha Minh Khuyen, who died in the resistance war against the US to save the country. Currently, the house she lives in is degraded, not ensuring living and residence, especially during the rainy season.
The General Department of Industry and Defense supported 70 million VND, the Tien Phong commune government and relatives supported 50 million VND to help her family build the House of Gratitude. According to the design, the new house has a usable area of 70m2.2, worth 120 million VND, will be completed and put into use as soon as possible to help Ms. Vien stabilize her life.

Ms. Phan Thi Han (born in 1950) is the daughter of martyr Phan Toai, who died in 1952 on the Quang Binh battlefield. Her family is facing housing difficulties. The Thai Hoa Town Military Command has awarded her 70 million VND to rebuild her house, which was taken from the "Repaying Gratitude" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Command of Nghe An Province.

Mr. Phan Van Tri (46 years old) has a particularly difficult situation. His wife died of a serious illness, leaving him with four young children. Because of the difficult life, the children were sent to their brothers and sisters in the family to take care of and educate. Mr. Tri himself makes a living by building boats for hire in the area, his life is precarious, and he does not have the conditions to rebuild his house.
Sympathizing with the situation of Mr. Tri's family, the Provincial Police Union Executive Committee, BIDV Nghe An branch and the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Police joined hands to support Mr. Tri's family with 200 million VND to build a new, more spacious and solid house.
In the past time, Nghe An Provincial Police have supported the construction of 20 houses in some mountainous and border districts of Nghe An Province. The support amount is taken from the contribution of each officer and soldier of Nghe An Provincial Police.
