At 8:00 a.m. on October 11, 2018, in Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc district, truck with license plate 37C-27320 was running on the concrete road to avoid Vinh and overturned into the field.
At the scene, it was shown that due to the narrow road, the truck avoided the car with license plate 37V - 1494, the road edge was high, close to the field, the truck's tire slid down causing the truck to overturn into the deep field.
